By accessing The Peptides API you agree to these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys and for keeping them secret.

Acceptable use

Do not exceed your plan's rate limits or monthly quota, attempt to circumvent authentication, resell raw bulk data without permission, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend keys that abuse the service.

Data & availability

Data is aggregated from third-party public sources and provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. See our Research Disclaimer.

Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. The service is not a medical device.
